A quick video how to unclog adjuster shafts/axles from an 1890 John Deer air seeder/drill.
When it takes a hammer or crow bar to adjust your gauge wheels to get the seed depth you want, then you know it far over due to clean out your adjuster shaft and replace any parts. At this point your shafts don't take any grease because the channel from the zerk to the exit hole is so packed with dried grease and dirt. Some people cannot unclog these channels, and sometimes it's impossible.

This video shows my best approach to saving those expensive shafts.
