According to Daily Mail, a mountaineer was hiking in the French Alps, when he came across rubies, emeralds, and sapphires worth up to 200,000 GDP. The precious jewels are believed to have been lost by a passenger from one of two flights that crashed in the mountain in 1950 and 1966, says Daily Mail.
