Murtabak recipe I Malaysian Street food | How to Make Murtabak | The Cookbook
Murtabak is a famous street food in Malaysia. It is a type of flatbread / Paratha that is filled with different types of filling. Here I am using chicken mince (Boneless Chicken cut in to tiny pieces).

Ingredients:
For the dough:
Maida/ All Purpose flour- 2 Cups
Salt-3/4 tsp (To taste)
Ghee- 1 tbs
Egg- 1 Small
Milk-1/4 Cup
Oil-1/4 Cup
Warm water - As needed to make a smooth dough

For the filling:
Chicken Mince((Boneless Chicken cut in to tiny pieces)- 250g
Salt-1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder-1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
Pepper Powder-1/4 tsp
Garam Masala -1/4 tsp

For Assembling:
Egg-2
Onion-1 (Finely chopped)
Tomato-1 (Finely chopped)
Salt-1 pinch
Pepper Powder-1 pinch
