Emergency Help Needed

We are being evicted with a notice to be out by February!!! We have contacted family, friends, local churches, and Deland, Florida Agencies. We have been looking for a new residence in our area because my health insurance only covers the West Volusia area. We have located apartments. We live paycheck to paycheck. We have been paying our rent every month and on time for over 10 years. The landlord wants to gut out the apartment and told us to move. We do not have savings. We only have one month's rent, Utilities, and we are asking for your help on a first and last security deposit, last month's rent, credit checks for 2, and an application fee. We have no one we can look to for help. We are seniors with health issues, and we are disabled, riding around on mobility scooters. My husband is on oxygen and needs electricity for his oxygen machine. He makes his own oxygen with his machine, and he also needs it to breathe at night. I am scared of being left outside in the dark with nowhere to go. Please send donations so we can get a place and stay off the streets. This is when it all went down: Monday, December 29, 2025 ~ Hi! We are David and Lana Williams. We are seeking donations to raise funds for a new dwelling. We have been living at the same location since August 2015. Our landlord has just advised us that we need to move because they are renovating the apartment, not gutting it, as they put it. We have been paying rent on time every month for every year, and renewing the lease by December 31 each year. We were told that the lease would not be renewed for 2026 and given 60 days to vacate the apartment, as of February 28, 2026. Lana and I are both disabled, with multiple health conditions. I am 73 years old, and on home oxygen due to COPD/Emphysema. I use a mobility scooter due to physical limitations of my back and legs. I am unable to have any kind of income other than Social Security Disability. Lana is 59 years old and also with COPD/Emphysema, Type 2 Diabetes, obesity, double vision, and Sciatic nerve damage. We have been married for 34 years, and at this point have no savings, and no family or anyone to turn to. Our current income each month goes directly to payments of rent and utilities. We are asking for a total of $3000 to cover the first and last security deposit, and the first month's rent for our new apartment.
