QUICHE ORIGINALE FACILE ( CUISINE RAPIDE)
Pour la pate
250 g de farine
130 g de beurre
1 jaune d'œuf
4 cuillères a soupe d'eau
1 pincée de sel

Pour la garniture
150 g de viande hachée
1/2 poivron vert
1 oignon
1 petite carotte
du sel , du poivre
1/2 cuillère a café de gingembre
1/2 cuillère a café de paprika
1 pointe de curcuma

Pour l'appareil a quiche
500 g de lait
6 œufs entier
du sel du poivre
2 poignées de fromage râpé
1 poignée d'olive pour la déco

EASY ORIGINAL QUICHE (CUISINERAPIDE)
For the dough
250g of flour
130 g of butter
1 egg yolk
4 tablespoons water
1 pinch of salt

For garnish
150 g minced meat
1/2 green pepper
1 onion
1 small carrot
salt, pepper
1/2 teaspoon of ginger
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1 tip of turmeric

For the quiche device
500 g of milk
6 whole eggs
salt pepper
2 handfuls of grated cheese

1 handful of olive for decoration
