How to launch a boat in the ice in just 376 easy steps!!! Funny boat ramp video

Funny video of my launching my boat when the boat ramp is full of ice. Launching a boat in the winter, when there is ice is hard work, dangerous, hard on your gear and in this case only took my 6 hours and $160. I just got my boat back from the dealer and wanted to do some winter fishing. When we got to the boat ramp there was a decent layer of ice, with fully open water about 150 yards from shore. So we busted up some of the ice, then busted up my new trailer lights, then got my anchor stuck, then threw two 28 lb anchors for a half an hour to bust up the ice, then spent a half an hour trying to get the engine started (fuel line was disconnected - face palm). Then the gear box on the console froze, then he brought the boat back to the house and thawed everything out, then relaunched the boat, the console froze again! And then I disconected the console, shifted the gears by hand and used the idle bar as a throttle. Then I used my pontoon boat (A gillgetter Fishncruise 713 from Apex Marine) as a Russian ice breaker. Super easy! Only took 6 hours. lol.
