Banknote Series 19 - Fuel ration coupons from the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia

In this video, I talk about the fuel ration coupons issued by the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia during the period from 1992-1995 when the nation was under United Nation sanctions.

What interested me in making this video was probably the occurrence of ration coupons in the 1990s, which really, can be considered a rarity at this time. This prompted me to explore why these were issued.
