I know I know...most days are not like this. I have, however, spent the last few years crafting a work-life-play balance that enhances my well-being and ensures I can sustain a high level of excellence in my work.

I used to plan my year, month and day and then reinforce those plans with daily, monthly and yearly strategies that help me achieve my work-life-play goals. It requires discipline and flexibility - these are essential polarities for me that I navigate every day.
