🔸 Ingredients:
1 cup Nadru (Lotus Stem), sliced
1 cup Cauliflower florets
1 cup Knol Khol (Kohlrabi), diced
1 Potato, diced
1 Onion, finely chopped
2 Tomatoes, pureed
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
Salt to taste
Fresh Coriander for garnish
🔸 Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter.
2️⃣ Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
3️⃣ Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
4️⃣ Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
5️⃣ Mix in turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.
6️⃣ Add the vegetables, mix well, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
7️⃣ Pour in 1 cup of water, cover, and simmer until veggies are tender.
8️⃣ Sprinkle garam masala and mix well.
9️⃣ Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with roti or rice.
