Career Apprenticeship Program

Across the state, many companies are struggling to hire skilled workers. In Alamance County, the community has created a local talent pipeline through a creative apprenticeship program. The Career Apprenticeship Program (CAP) offers students a free education and a guaranteed job after graduation. Support for this series is provided by UNC-School of Government and Civic Federal Credit Union.
