Plastisol heat transfers - screen printing

Plastisol heat transfers with screen printing. Plastisol heat transfer printing are great for starting a clothing brand as you can use a heat press to print on demand as required. How to screen print using heat transfer paper is about getting the temperatures just right for the perfect plastisol heat transfer. I go though the right transfer paper to use and my method of hot split transfers and how too use the hot split transfer with a heat press, a very import stage in t shirt printing. Screen printing t shirts with plastisol heat transfer are great when it comes to neck tag printing as shown in this video. Simply screen printing your heat transfer on your selected heat transfer paper, my choice is the hot split transfer paper as it give a very good release of the plastisol ink transfer.

Silk screen printing with plastisol heat transfers is fun and very affordable. You can store your custom heat transfers for a very long time and pull them out whilst building your clothing brand. Screen printers can also batch print screen printed transfers for repeat orders for clothing brands, clubs and restaurants than constantly require custom screen printing.
