Draw isometric projection of a Hemisphere।Take diameter of hemisphere 80 mm.
Hemisphere ka matlab hai ke sphere ka adha bhag.Hum ooska isometric nikalenge.
The sphere when drawn in isometric we made certain calculations to find the isometric length of diameter of a sphere.While constructing an isometric projection, the formula is used, i.e.the isometric length=0.826×(the diameter of sphere).Here also we have to construct a square in isometric with this formula.We know the steps to construct the circle in isometric.Mark centre lines and draw the isometric circle by four centre ellipse method.Mark the point on the big diagonal where the small radius cuts and then take the distance from this point upto the centre of ellipse in compass.With this distance draw a cemicircle keeping needle point of the compass on the intersection point of centre lines.Make ellipse dark and semicircle dark as these are the outlines or border lines of hemisphere.If we measure the horizontal distance i.e.the solid diameter of this hemisphere it will be equal to the actual diameter(true diameter) of the hemisphere.As to get the true diameter we are making use of the isometric scale & it's formula.We have to make little adjustment in the dimensions to form the final drawing of hemisphere with more accuracy.Here little adjustment in the calculation and faint construction work lead to the final drawing more correct.Mark Front arrow.
The dimensions of solid diameter should be written as HEMISPHERE then diameter symbol and then the actual dimension OR if the dimension of solid radius has to be given we can write HEMISPHERE then R & then the dimension.Thus, the isometric projection of a Hemisphere is drawn.
