Baked Verde Chicken "Super Bowl" Dip | Baking With Josh & Ange

One of our favorites! A delicious and easy dip. Perfect for your Super Bowl party or any time of the year!

Verde Chicken Enchilada Dip

Ingredients:

-1 rotisserie chicken (shredded)
-16 oz cream cheese
-15oz cups Hatch green enchilada sauce
-2 cups Mexican or cheese blend, plus ¼ cup for topping
-2 oz diced jalapeños

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl until well incorporated.
3. Pour into a greased 1.8 liter casserole or 8x8 baking dish.
4. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of dip.
5. Bake for 30 minutes.

*Optional. Add jalapeño and bell pepper garnish to decorate
Football Bread Bowl

Ingredients
-3 tubes Pillsbury French bread
-Egg wash

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Line baking pan with non-stick tin foil or parchment paper.
3. Roll out one of the dough tubes into a rectangle.
4. Use the remaining two tubes of bread dough to form a football shape atop the rectangular dough. Pinch the tubes together.
5. Trim the excess dough and create the stripes and laces for your football.
6. Brush the dough with the egg wash.
7. Bake for 30 minutes
