Air Compressor Head Gasket Fix

While using my air compressor recently, I noticed the change in sound it made suddenly, and then it struggled to air up to the point of triggering the shut off.
I thought it was going to be a broken reed valve in the head, but it turned out to be the head gasket had blown through.
Replacements can be bought, but with a little research online, I found people were having success making their own, so I decided to give that a try.
So far, the hand made gasket is holding up. I've used the compressor a bit since recording this video, and there are no signs yet of it failing.
