Vlog 027: (Tonga) Mukbang at the market

Only our second day in Tonga and I feel like we've done so much already! We started our Saturday at the Ma'ufanga markets of course and got so much good food for $1 each.. score!

We also had a lot of running around to do because all the stores close on Sunday and we were getting ready for all souls day mass! It's kinda the same as the movie Coco, we acknowledge those who have passed before us and their legacies. The only difference is we're Catholic so we have mass with them in the cemetery! Sooooo, we spent a lot of our day getting their resting places ready and pretty for Sunday!

This is my first all souls day mass experience in Tonga so it was so interesting learning about it and so heart warming watch everyone get their loved ones ready! The cemetery was full of families. Especially special to be reminded how important it is to remember those who have gone before us. We truly do stand on the shoulders of giants ❤️
