*THE BASICS*
In short, I changed my relationship to food, I began intermittent fasting, I did Chloe Ting’s HIIT programs every single day, and I began hiking over hills and rugged terrain 5 days a week. I get HUNDREDS of comments saying my exercise was not necessary because ‘’diet is all that matters’’ but this is categorically false in my case. I had severe metabolic damage and even outright starvation created only very slow, unpredictable weight loss, and starvations IS NOT HEALTHY OR SUSTAINABLE. So instead I began to eat healthy nutrient dense foods in a time-restricted window (one meal a day), while using INTENSE exercise to facilitate weight loss and reshape my entire underlying muscular structure. Please don’t let anyone convince you that my results are possible without exercise, because that’s just not true. Maybe someone can ‘’get skinny’’ if they restrict for long enough, but I built my fitness, strength, endurance, mental durability, and entirely reshaped my body using healthy foods and intense daily exercises. The exercise is key and without it, I would not have seen this success.
I also had no idea what my transformation would actually look like when I started uploading, but I began filming and uploading my progress from day 1, and continued to do-so every day for the entire 6 months, to document my progress. I wanted to see what 6 months of daily dedication to healthier habits could truly look like, while recorded in real-time, and this is the result of that experiment.
My workouts are from Chloe Ting’s workout programs, all free on her website www.chloeting.com and my big 30 minute video explains exactly which workout programs I did throughout the first half of 2023.
For anyone who thinks I may have faked my timeline - I had no way to predict which new workout programs Chloe Ting would release during 2023. I followed her workout programs throughout the first half of 2023 and was uploading Shorts videos showing clips of my workouts literally every single day, for the entire 6 months. This is impossible to fake, unless I am a time traveller.
I have no reason to fake any of this anyway, as I am not selling anything and don’t even accept sponsorships. I seek only to motivate people the way I needed to be motivated in order to begin my transformational journey. I had to see other people’s journey, to ignite that spark of hope inside myself, that maybe it could be possible for me to transform after years of believing it was truly impossible for me to lose weight, especially given my c-section belly and the size of my chest.
