Today's Throwback Thursday video, originally posted Aug 7, 2016, features one of the grandfathers of First Amendment Auditing, Jeff Gray, aka 'HonorYourOath Civil Rights Investigations'. Taking place in Volusia County, Florida, USA, two deputies from the sheriff's office are completely clueless about supreme court's rulings stating cameras alone can not be considered suspicious. After being unlawfully detained for over 30 minutes, a sergeant arrives to confirm the free education Jeff was giving them since the encounter began. However, the sergeant doesn't know all the laws about public recording and gets educated himself.
