Largest container ship: The Ever Ace sets world record.
The Ever Ace container ship, an Evergreen A-class, owned by the Taiwanese shipping company Evergreen Marine, is a 400m-long (1,300ft) ship with a capacity for 23,992 standard containers, the new world record for the Largest container ship, according to the WORLD RECORD ACADEMY.

The Ever Ace is the first in a planned series of 12 supersized container ships to be built for Evergreen Marine. This is up from the 20,124 cargo units that the Ever Given, which is an Evergreen G-class ship, can carry.
