NOTE ABOUT SCANNERS:
My scanner can scan at a higher pixel density than the affordable alternative, but that is really only relevant to large reproductions. If you are scanning things in and reproducing at or close to the same size (I.e. scanning a 5x7 and printing a 5x7) you’ll be good to go with the Canon.
