This system belongs to the cast-in-place reinforced concrete composite thermal insulation structure system, and is applicable to cast-in-place concrete structural projects such as external walls, columns and beams of frame structures and shear wall structures in industrial and civil buildings. The ZTM permanent external formwork is composed of a thermal insulation board (EPS, XPS, True Gold Board, Graphite Board, Rock Wool Board, Polyurethane Board, Fireproof Permeable Polystyrene Board, Perlite Board, Silicon Modified Fireproof Board, etc.), an outer thermal insulation layer made of a mixture of (polystyrene particle) or perlite or ceramsite slurry, an outer anti-crack plastering mesh cloth mortar layer, steel wire mesh sheets welded with oblique inserting wires with a protruding length less than the thickness of the thick thermal insulation mortar layer. The inner thin plastering layer and the outer thick thermal insulation layer are connected up and down through circular holes dug in the thermal insulation board filled with thermal insulation mortar.
