Simple iftar and dinner preparation for Muslim villagers.
15 village ladies cooking spice khichori with chicken and also prepared some fruits and juice as iftar.
About 40 KG broiler chicken processing and then cutting into small small pieces meat.
Then they prepared huge spice ingredient.
At last they cook chicken kosha meat and mixed with hodgepodge to cook like biryani.
This food can be called chicken tehari.
After finish cooking women serve the food to whole village people.
