Diagnosing FLASHING “D” Light on a Honda for FREE. Detailed with codes. Honda Element

I was trouble shooting my sisters 08 Honda Element and figured I'd share a quick video. I almost took this car to a shop since I could not read it with my generic OBD2 reader.
Glad I found this info, hope this helps someone else.

VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU START WITH KEY OFF BEFORE JUMPING THE OBD2 CONNECTORS.

MAKE SURE YOU TAKE OFF THE JUMPER WIRE AFTER.

OBD2 pin to jump
Pin 9 and Pin 4
Each long flash of "D" = 10
Each short flash of "D" = 1
Long pause of "D"/ being OFF = its cycling to repeat.

Once you have the code count reference against the code below. In my cause its code 40 (due to 4 long flash and no short flash)

09- output shaft speed sensor

15- input shaft speed sensor
16- clutch pressure solenoid valve A

22- shift solenoid valve c
23- clutch pressure solenoid valve B
25- 2nd clutch fluid pressure switch
26- 3rd clutch fluid pressure switch
27- 4th clutch fluid pressure switch
28- ATF temperature sensor
29- clutch pressure solenoid valve C

40- torque converter clutch circuit
45- shift control system

61- shift solenoid valve E
62- transmission range switch

70- shift solenoid valve A stuck on
72- shift solenoid valve C stuck off
74- shift solenoid valve E stuck off
76- clutch pressure control solenoid valve A
77- clutch pressure solenoid valve B
78- clutch pressure solenoid valve c
