Gymshark (size L) try on -Flex High Waisted Leggings & Power Down Leggings

I was super interested in the Gymshark Flex High Waisted Leggings & Power Down Leggings but had a hard time figuring out what size to get. Yes the brand has expanded in terms of diversity of different body sizes and types, but I couldn't quite find anyone who had a similar body type as me for me to reference when purchasing.

My measurements (at the time of filming) for reference are:
Height: 5'6
Weight: 198
Hips: 46
Waist: 33

I ordered a size Large in both and after wearing both to the gym I prefer the Flex legging over the Power Down Leggings. For both I did experience a little sliding down and had to pull them back up BUT when wearing my shorts beneath them, the lines were hardly visible.
