I cant tell you how important it is to have your doctor run full blood work on you at least once a year, how important it is that you learn to read your own results on that blood work. Dont be afraid to ask questions and request that your doctor run extra test!

So my heart issue is nothing more than a ZINC deficiency, it causes ringing in ur ears and deafness, hair falling out, dry skin. Epclusa, caused me to need way more ZINC in my system. Check with your doc first before loading up on ZINC and then try to get it out of the foods you eat, beets is one thing that replenishes ZINC
