An easy step by step through how to make a basic pencil skirt to fit you perfectly. I used scuba fabric (link below) but any jersey stretch fabric will work for this, if you don't have a skirt to copy from you can measure your waist, hips and length and sketch out the shape you need , let me know if you'd like a tutorial on how to do this method.
