No-Bake Energy Balls (Ready in 15 Minutes!) ↓ Recipe Bellow ↓
✓ High fiber & prebiotic-rich
✓ Natural energy boost
✓ No refined sugar
✓ Meal prep friendly (lasts 10 days in the fridge)
✓ Gluten-free
The dates keep them naturally sweet, the nut butter makes them rich and satisfying, and the oats give them that perfect chewy texture.
↓ Recipe ↓
Makes ~ 10 balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 1/2 tbsp green banana powder
- 1 tbsp fermented cacao powder
- 6 dates, pitted
- 1 & 1/2 tbsp almond butter (natural, drippy)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (natural, drippy)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp almond milk (if needed)
Steps
1. If your dates are firm, soak them in warm water for 5 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
2. Add 1/2 cup rolled oats to the food processor and pulse a few times to break them down slightly. You want a coarse texture, not a fine flour.
3. Add the dates, green banana powder, cacao powder, almond butter, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract to the processor. Blend 2–3 minutes until a sticky dough forms.
4. The dough should hold together when pressed. If too dry, add 1 tbsp almond milk (if needed) one tbsp at a time. If too wet, add a small handful of oats and blend briefly.
5. Scoop about 1 heaping tbsp of dough and roll tightly between your palms into a smooth ball. Repeat for all the dough you should get about 10 balls.
6. Place on parchment paper and refrigerate for a few minutes.
7. Melt chocolate with coconut oil and cover them Sprinkle with some flakey salt and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Enjoy! 😊
