How to make Tofu using Chickpeas

Have you wondered how you can make your own super simple tofu at home? It's a question that several people have been asking because each little pack you buy in the store comes in single-use plastic. In this clip, I show you the silken chickpea tofu I make and explain how you too can make it at home.

This great recipe uses just two ingredients - chickpeas and water!  Knowing how to do this is pretty liberating - especially knowing that you can use any dried legume on your shelf.
