Front wheel lifts are useful when you don't have the speed for a manual, tapping your front wheel on an obstacle is lower consequence than trying to hop the whole thing, endos and rear wheel lifts come in handy on tight corners, side hops can help you get out of a rut or change line, track stands can help you pick a line, and riding skinnies is just fun!
