Obsidian Wellness Centre is a leading health facility focusing
on weight loss and wellness -365 days a year!

Had a better day today! We visited a small town called Moraira and did some shopping at the market and the local shops.
Ended the day at a Mexican themed Gala dinner, which Obsidian hold every Friday!

I recently did a 5 day juice cleanse, courtesy of Obsidian.
Now I am currently at their wellness centre in Alicante, Spain experiencing 5 days of education, mindset, and exercise- with the aim to learn more about the benefits of a plant-based diet, to detox, and also to relax!

I am going 5 days without my usual diet of snacks, sweets and my general diet of unhealthy food. I will be fully immersed in the programme, eating the meals and juices prepared by Obsidian at the centre, taking part in the daily activities as well as the fitness classes.
