Let's Talk About the Neumann TLM 107 - Part 3 - Final Thoughts and Review
Thanks for watching the videos in my first ever Mic review series. I really enjoyed doing these tests and while they are done in a home studio in an imperfect environment, I think many people have similar situations and would find it relatable.

My final thoughts are of course with regards to the existing mics that I already have, both in the 'budget' category, and in saying that the TLM 107 was the best one, I meant that in it's price category, it sounded the best to me. In no way will it beat a Schoeps or a higher end Neumann for sure, but I do believe these could be the C414B-ULS of the future, due to how clean and pure they sound.
So i guess is it worth it stepping up into the $1500 price point? The answer is a Yes for sure. There is a big jump and these mics have that expensive Neumann sound.
I will likely upload a follow up video a few months in once I've tested out the other Polar patterns. So far I've only used Cardioid.
Mics were recorded into a RME Fireface UCX.
