Shoutout to the women who choose hiking boots over beach sandals every single time! 🥾

While I love a relaxing resort day as much as anyone, my absolute favorite travel memories always seem to happen at altitude. 🏔️

I think it’s a mix of the raw beauty and solitude combined with the fact that trekking is the perfect vehicle for cultural immersion, especially when you stay at local mountain guesthouses. These are where I’ve had my best conversations (with locals and other hikers), most delicious meals (homecooked), and deepest sleeps (it’s that mountain peace washing over you).

Basically, if you’re someone who chooses mountain boots over beach sandals every time, you’re my kind of traveler! 😎
