Army Auction RKR 1987 (FJ 70 Land Cruiser) Restoration - Episode 1

This is an iconic, like no others, restoration project of Army Auction RKR (FJ 70 Land Cruiser). The aim is to restore the vehicle in its original form with some necessary upgrades. All parts and items being used are top of the line.

Episode 1 - 01 Aug 2020
Step 1: Vehicle was purchased and brought to a Workshop in Mardan. Complete vehicle was dis-assembled.
Step 2: Body went to denter whereas engine went to kharadia.
Step 3: Purchased all mechanical parts from Peshawar and Rawalpindi.
Step 4: Mechanic made all 4 wheels. Rear drums and front upgraded to disc brakes and hub locks.
Step 5: Engine was brought back from Kharadia and new parts being fixed.
Step 6: Wheel drums and few engine parts painted.
Step 7: Light paint shower on frame to make it look clean.
