How to Build a Custom 3D Printed CNC - DIY Complete Build
Outline: This video highlights how I built a custom 3D printed CNC machine for about $600. This router is computer numerically controlled via an Arduino Uno running GRBL and utilizes four Nema 23's, four TB6600's, a 500W spindle, and two power supplies. Also, the engineering project uses C-Beam aluminum profiles with v-wheels and 20+ 3D printed parts which make up the machine frame. Lastly, this DIY homemade CNC will be going through some improvements in the future which will be stabilization of the z-axis, adding a dust shoe, and possibly adding the limit switches. Therefore in the future a part 2 will come out regarding my CNC machine that has a cutting area of 3' x 3'.
