I have been asked many times why many employees leave companies and quit their jobs many employees. There are so many good employees who leave their jobs and sometimes it has nothing to do with the employee. l share the 8 most common signs that you will pack your bag and be fired by your employer soon. The accurate reasons for people quitting their jobs are hard to register. Because there are no public records that track the exact reasons for separation, but I found employee data published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). Companies often do things to help employees avoid the stigma of being separated involuntarily. Sometimes it’s a courtesy and sometimes it’s part of a separation agreement.

Typical signs that you will leave the job soon:
1. Your company is struggling financially and they want to get rid of some employees
2. Decreased workload because your employer stopped assigning your new tasks and Your work is being redistributed among others.
3. The projects are being closed or not renewed and it happens very quickly!
4. Work Relationship Deterioration - CLEARLY noticed before Performance Evaluation Process, or before probation period end or before the contract end date.
5. You are alienated from the rest of the team and from your manager
6. You are under a "Performance Improvement Plan"
7. Intentional Changes of contract terms (promotion, shifts hours, stripping of bonuses, payments, breaking of promises
8. An employee gets fired from the job immediately for breaching different policies and contract terms
