Dungeons & Dragons & LEGAL Drama: TSR Sues Wizards of the Coast!

TSR is suing Wizards of the Coast over the disclaimer they're using on old TSR branded Dungeons & Dragons products. The new TSR claims it is libelous because it paints old TSR products and writers as racists, bigots, misogynists, etc. etc. An IndieGoGo has been set up to help cover legal funds. Do they have a case?
