Tando Soomro is a standard example of community engagement for greater productivity, the natives of this area illuminate us that what if we take ownership of our surroundings? doing efforts to bring change but not waiting for circumstances that enfranchise them.
Besides bringing reformation to his city he is a successful agriculturist and is founder of Asim agriculture farm and here too his management style is quite different, he believes that until and unless your working class isn’t happy and well to do you can’t enlarge productivity.

Imdad Ali Nizamani is a known agriculturist, known for his model village. He owns farmlands under the name Asim Agriculture Farms in Tando Soomro in district Tando Allah Yar. Asim agriculture farm is one of the great farms of Pakistan where high technology is used for the production. This farm is specially reserved for the agriculture scientists for the agriculture students farmers and visiting guests. The farm's total farm size is 850 acres. In which 430 acres are for family land 150 acres for lease and 170 acres for the cousin land under the supervision.d This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
