Austin Red Bull F1 Commercial Shoot - Final Pass + Burnout

Red Bull was in Austin, filming footage for a promotional video on August 20, 2011. We were a few blocks north of the Capitol building.

To say it was "loud" doesn't do it any justice - there are really no words to describe the noise coming out of that car! At idle, I think it was nearly as loud as the loudest cars I've heard at full throttle. When it was returning from the Capitol, the noise was being reflected from seemingly the entire city. The only image that came into my mind was a giant dragon over the horizon!

A friend was filming this pass of the car with a hard-drive based camcorder, and as the car approached, the camera parked the heads because it thought the hard drive was going to be destroyed!
