Windak AR24_2.0 - Automatic Cable Spooling machine

Fully Automatic Packaging and Palletizing of Flexible Products. These models are used for applications when the cable is required to be attached through the drum. Ideally used as a replacement for semiautomatic spoolers or standalone offline rewind applications.

The Auto Reeler AR24_2.0 is a dual head fully automatic reeler developed for automatic packaging of cable and wire products on reels between 300-600mm (12"-24") in overall diameter. It can be run both inline application (direct connection with Extruder) and offline applications (AR24 is fed from Payoff/Flyer) and loads and unloads the reels automatically.

AR24 includes stretch wrapping of the reel to contain the cut end.
