Filmed by Kit Dambite at an informal London “continuation” meetup on 6/6/2025, inspired by LangChain’s Interrupt event in San Francisco, this session shows how a swarm of specialised agents can surface KPIs, tidy your warehouse and document data-lineage in conversation with the people who need the answers.

Johannes Castner (Director of Intelligent Systems, Towards People & co-founder, ManyFold) demos the system live, unpacks the social-science design principles behind it and shares the open-source roadmap.

1. 30-second metrics – Plain-English prompts trigger a Chat Agent that collaborates with a SQL Agent to pull, format and contextualise data from BigQuery (or your warehouse of choice).
2. Architecture that tidies itself – Each query refines schemas, suggests ontologies and documents lineage, so your stack becomes cleaner every time you use it.
3. Collective intelligence by design – Grounded in behavioural science: agents amplify team cognition rather than replace it, keeping humans firmly in the decision loop.
4. Transparent story-flows – Built with LangGraph: every hand-off between agents is visible and auditable—no black boxes.
