4 Reasons to Chant Nam Myoho Renge Kyo

"Myo-ho" is very much like Yin-Yang, "Myo" represents the expansive force of creation that's mystic, unseen, or passive and ho represents the aspects of limitation, laws, and things that are seen and understood in physical reality. "Universal Law" is one common interpretation.

In essence Myoho = , The Law of Attraction & The Law of Dispersion and represents duality and its interplay, while also honoring non- duality and the idea that even opposites consist of "sameness".

Renge is the lotus, and represents the simultaneous nature of cause and effect (because a lotus flowers and seeds at the same time) and how we manifest things instantly as we align with a valuable cause, even if it may "seem" to take time. We create our karma "now"

Kyo means "stitch" or "thread" and represents the connections existing between all things, frequency, or the "voices" of all living things.

Chanting "Nam myoho renge kyo" accelerates the understanding/observation of these principles and brings to the surface their more subtle aspects.

If you are open, give it a try!

Those six syllables represent and entire sutra, The Lotus Sutra, which the Buddha considered his highest teaching.
So it's essence resonates with ALL the Buddha's knowledge and expedient means with which to convey that knowledge to others.

I mean, why wouldn't you? Questions, ask! I love this practice.
