Elementary teacher denied bond, fourth area educator to be focus of criminal investigation

The Anne Arundel County Elementary School teacher accused of sexually abusing eight students has been denied bond.

Matthew Schlegel, the third-grade math teacher at Severna Park Elementary School, appeared in court Friday.
