Mister Negative has many powers but his deadliest is The Negative Touch — a corrupting ability that brainwashes people flips their morals and turns them into loyal followers. If they already have powers he can even enhance them.

So here’s my theory. Mister Negative will team up with Bruce Banner for some kind of research since because His human side Martin Lee is a legit businessman. Easy for him to slide into Bruce’s circle, maybe as a science ally or funder. than he will control Bruce Banner mind, and unleash him on New York as Savage Hulk. and that's how we get Savage Hulk in Brand New Day.
