Funnel Cakes

1c flour/ 3/4 c milk/ 1 egg/ 2tbles sugar/ 3/4 teas baking powder/ 1/8 teas salt. (confectioners sugar for dusting the top).
Beat until there are no lumps in batter.
Pour in batter by using squigles (a waving and twisting motion)
