After fixing the engine on this D110, I tackled the final issue which was with the deck where one blade was physically lower than the other. It turns out the spindle mounts were bent on one spindle. I took off the spindle, hammered the mounts until they were even, and then put it back on and got the blade level again after some trial and error.
