For the DIY henna tea spray, my modified recipe:

Items Needed:

Organic Henna - 1 tablespoon
Organic Amla Powder - 1 teaspoon
Shikakai Powder - 1 teaspoon
5-10 drops of Peppermint Oil
1 dropperful of Tea Tree Oil
2 Mugs
Hot (not boiling) water
Cheesecloth for straining (multiple coffee filters works too)
Spray Bottle

* This mixture should be good for 3-4 weeks. The tea tree oil acts as a natural preservative.

** Don’t forgot to apply a leave in conditioner or cream moisturizer after spritzing your hair with this henna tea spray - to prevent dryness.
