En 1928, le constructeur de Levallois propose une évolution du LeO 21, dotée cette fois de moteurs Renault 12 Ja de 450 ch: le LeO 213. Le choix des moteurs est plus politique que technique. The first production LeO 213 was built in 1928 and a total of eleven were built and operated on routes from Paris to London, Lyons, Marseilles and Geneva.
