Wonderful Cupcakes

Let's start baking with our simple and easy steps to make cupcakes by using our GH emulco. This time, I have used 6 types of GH Emulco which is Chocolate Emulco, Orange Emulco, Pandan Coconut Emulco, Brown Sugar Emulco, Strawberry Emulco and Vanilla Flavour. Normally, I apply 2% of Emulco on cake; the meaning of 2% is based on the total amount of recipe.

Ingredients: 24 nos
Unsalted Butter 240 gm
Caster Sugar 200 gm
Salt 4 gm
Eggs 4 nos
Cake Flour 360 gm
Baking Powder 12 gm
Milk 240 gm
