What if Sauron reclaimed the One Ring? – If Sauron were victorious

The Dark Lord Sauron desired complete dominion over Middle-Earth. Blinded by pride and ambition, Sauron believed his cause to be righteous, and this became the sole object of his will. Envisioning a world that would be to the benefit of all, Sauron sought means to control, dominate and order lesser subjects. To achieve this, Sauron forged the One Ruling Ring, an artifact filled with a large portion of his native power, and he intended to ensnare the Elves. But Sauron’s scheme failed, he was defeated, and his ring taken. For three thousand years, Sauron searched for the One Ring in vain, and he would never reclaim it. But what if Sauron retrieved his ring? How would the story progress with Sauron as God-King? This is the fictional scenario of Sauron reclaiming the One Ring.

*Do note that this scenario is fictional, though based upon Tolkien's descriptions, aiming to produce a realistic scenario had Sauron regained the Ring
