Logitech G Pro Wireless Mouse Review - Still Endgame After Two Years?!

Logitech G Pro Wireless Review. The forerunner of competitive gaming mice released two years ago. TWO YEARS! Previously I named it my ENDGAME mouse. Will it still retain its title?
It sports Lightspeed wireless, Logitech's HERO sensor, 80 gram weight, premium clicks, RGB lighting, customizable modular buttons, great battery life, and is ambidextrous. It has been used to win E-sports Tournaments and is used by a great deal of the professional Esport athletes.

CONCLUSION:

Out of 1,263 reviews 197 or 15.5% of people had an issue or complaint with the mouse. With the only one that I would consider an actual widespread problem being the double click issue effecting 15% of Amazon reviewers and 10% of reviewers total. This is likely due to the switches being exceptionally low profile and using cheap D2F-C Switches which ironically are rated for 50 million clicks.

ACTUAL DEFECTS: (Amazon) then (Amazon + Best Buy)

- DREADED DOUBLE CLICK: (132/855 = 15%) (134/1263 = 10.6%).
This is prolific issue with this mouse and an actual QA problem. 72% of negative reviews had this issue at least once. Out of all reviewers on Amazon 15% experienced this. 10% of users from both Amazon and Best Buy experienced this. And that is not including positive reviews because I did not read those. This is what you can officially call and QA problem. Especially since this has not been fixed in 2 YEARS on their FLAGSHIP device.
- RUBBING OF LEFT/RIGHT CLICK or RUBBING/MOVING MIDDLE MOUSE: (10/855 = 1.1%) (10/1263 = 0.8%)
This was an issue for the first batch of mice made but was almost completely fixed after that.
- MOUSE WON’T FULLY CHARGE: (1/855 = 0.1%) (1/1263 = .07%)
- WIRELESS LAG AND/OR SKIPPING?STUTTERING: (4/855 = 0.4%) (4/1263 = 0.3%)
- SCROLL WHEEL DIFFICULTY CLICKING, NOT WORKING or DOUBLE CLICK: (11/855 = 1.2%) (11/1263 = 0.87%)
- COATING WEARING OFF/PEELING: (3/855 = 0.3%) (3/1263 = .23%)
- RATTLE: (3/855 = 0.3%) (3/1263 = .23%)
- BATTERY SENSOR DOESN’T NOTIFY OUT OF JUICE or CHARGE: (4/855 = 0.4%) (4/1263 = .31%)
- IT DIED: (4/855 = 0.4%) (4/1263 = 0.3%) Like it just stopped working altogether.
- SENSOR NOT WORKING CORRECTLY: (9/855 = 1.05%) (9/1263 = .71%)
- CONNECTIVITY ISSUES ON MAC: (2/855 = 0.2%) (2/1263 = 0.15%)
- LOOSE CLICKS: (1/855 = 0.1%). (1/1263 = .07%)

OPINIONS:

- DOESN’T FEEL AS RESPONSIVE AS 3366: A lot of people have said this but hard to say this is not placebo.
- CAN’T CHANGE SCROLL DIRECTION: Personal preference problem.
- DIDN’T LIKE THE SHAPE: 9 people mentioned this.
- DIDN’T LIKE THE MATERIAL: Due to it being slippery. 6 people mentioned this. I have seen this complaint other places as well and agree.
- CAN’T ADJUST LIFT-OFF DISTANCE: The sensor does this automatically, so it is not needed. But they do not really advertise that.
- FEELS CHEAP: Between weight and material. 6 people mentioned this.
- MICE FEET WEAR DOWN QUICKLY: 2 people mentioned this.

AMAZON:

- Out of 855 reviews 21% of people reported an issue or complaint. Or almost One in Four people.
- 672 Reviews were 4 stars or over with an average of 4.5/5 stars.
- 183 Reviews were 3 stars or under.

BEST BUY:

- Out of 408 reviews 3.4% of people had a problem. Looking closer I would count 2 as being valid which brings it down to (0.4%)
- 394 of them gave it 4 – 5 stars with an average rating of 4.8/5 stars. 96% would recommend to friend.
- 14 people gave it 3 stars or less.

- Of those:
1 person reported a software/firmware issue (as well as 1 person on Amazon, may be the same person).
2 people reports double click issues.
1 person reported it feeling cheap and being slippery.
