slow stitch book - lets look at hearts, perfect for this Valentine month and the fly stitch

Continuing with our little slow stich book, practicing cutting shapes and using the stencil left behind, some I did with my Sizzix machine, the 2 little fabric ones were cut by hand.
Exploring stitches, this time its the fly stitch and trying to perfect the spacing on running stitch..
